|Recommended: YesOverall Good — Before moving Jocelyn was very helpful Any questions I had she was there every step of the way. However the elevators here are way too slow and I live on the 19th floor. I’ve seen several cracks in windows which concerns me. I also do not appreciate the doors not being locked every minute of everyday. We need more security. This area I would say is up and coming so there’s still a bit of sketchy stuff going on a few blocks from the building. Overall the amenities are to amazing and I love our little market.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — The building is great. However, there are several obvious cosmetic construction issues and the work looks rushed. Uneven floor boards, gaps in tile grout, bathroom faucet placed wat to far back, and other items. Also, the hallways are noisy. Late in evenings it sometimes feels like I'm living in a college dorm.

|Recommended: YesHome Is Where The Heart Is — From the beginning of the process the team at Grand Station has been kind, helpful, and passionate about the community they serve. This is a brand new building and it not only lives up to expectations, it surpasses them. The initial opening was delayed but COVID and construction don’t mix well. They handled the delay with grace and understanding that continues through opening and beyond. While the apartment and amenities make Grand Station an amazing housing destination, the hearts of the staff are what really makes this community a home. Jocelyn was a great help and was sure to answer every one of my questions that I had throughout the way. Property is beautiful, views are spectacular and amenities are phenomenal.
